Simple On - chip integration Camera: C2400-75i + ARGUS-20

The C2400-75i is the simplest CCD camera for fluorescence imaging. A 1/2 inch Hyper HAD CCD chip provides good signal to noise images in all light conditions. Using on- chip integration of the electrical charge generated by incident light the sensitivity range is extended into the range of several seconds. Combined with the frame grabber in the ARGUS-20 Image Processor and realtime background subtraction features, high quality fluorescence images are produced very economically. Almost any technique from Brightfield to Phase Contrast and DIC as well as Fluorescence is possible. The image processing and enhancement capabilities of the ARGUS-20 in this versatile combination makes even low-contrast images easier to view. This combination provides the user with both analog and digital outputs, plus complete computer control.
