Thermoelectric
Coolers
RMT Ltd introduces a new line of miniature
thermoelectric coolers. More then two hundred standard types of thermoelectric
modules are available, cold side being in range from 2 x 2 mm2
to 15 x 18 mm2, maximum current from 0.2 to 3.6 A, dTmax
- from 73o in single stage to 130o in multi-stage
configurations. The modules utilize single crystalline bismuth telluride
thermoelements .
Design and fabrication of unique thermoelectric
modules according custom demands are available. RMT Ltd also offers
assembling of the modules with themperature sensors and mounting on customer
headers and housings.

Thermistors
RMT Ltd offers miniature types of Negative
Temperature Coefficient (NTC) Thermistors, devices that provides a large
scale change in resistors with a change in its body temperature. Thermistors
are small glass coated beads of special thermistor composition which are
sintered onto platinum wires. Wide range of resistivity is available.
RMT Ltd recommends to use its own Thermistors
for applications in themperature control of Thermoelectric cooled apparatus
based on RMT's TEC modules.

IR-Light
Emitters & Detectors
RMT Ltd offers range of Infra-Red Light
Emitters and Photodetectors for spectral range 1 - 5 um .
Light Emitters includes Semiconductor Emitters
based on thin film Lead Halcohenides (PbSe,PbS) and Light Emitting Diodes
based on III-V heterostructures (LPE technology). IR Photodetectors includes
TE cooled and uncooled Photoresistors on Lead Halcoheines and Photodiodes
based on III-V heterostructures.
Infrared detectors are used as a key components
for applications including radiometry, guidance, gas analysis, medicine
etc. Especially for gas analysis RMT Ltd offers optopairs and optical
units for CO, CO2, C-H, CH4 gaseous spectroscopy.
