II-VI Semiconductors
 

Materials are supplied in kind of wafers with dimensions 10 x 10 x 1 mm in basic orientations as cut or optical polished. Special sizes and forms are available by special request.  Single crystals of II-VI compound semiconductors are grown from the vapor phase by dissociative sublimation with hellium or argon and by chemical transport with argon-hydrogen gas mixture.
