Infrared detectors and light emitters are key components that are used for applications including radiometry, guidance, gas analysis, medicine etc.
RMT Ltd offers wide raw of Light Emitters and Photodetectors. Devices are operating in spectral range of 1.0-5.0 um and have high efficiency.
For the purpose of this page the term Light Emitters includes Semiconductor Emitters based on thin film of Lead Halcohenides and Light Emitting Diodes based on III-V heterostructures (LPE technology). The term Photodetectors includes Photoresistors based on thin film of Lead Halcohenides and IR-Photodiodes based on III-V heterostructures.

Photoresistors

RMT Ltd offers series of Photoresistors based on thin film Lead Halcohenides (PbSe, PbS). Devices are intended for acceptation and registration of Infra Red Emission in spectral range 1.0-5.0 um. Among the features there are high sensitivity, wide range of operating temperatures, wide choice of topology of sensitive elements, multielement and multispectral design of devices, built-in interference filters with any spectral characteristics.
The general applications of the devices include IR spectroscopy, instruments for gas and fluid analysis, monitoring of fast heating processes and others.

Devices are intended for operation in 2.0 - 5.0 um spectral range. Among the features there are high speed response, low power consumption.
The general application include IR spectroscopy, gas and fluid analysis. Emitters optimized on 2.0, 2.4, 2.7, 3.0, 3.4, 3.6, 4.0, 4.2 um are available.
