LD-SE and LD.S-SE SERIES of MIDDLE-IR TUNABLE DIODE LASERS
Miniature lasers for 4-12 µm spectral range are manufactured from PbSnSe/PbEuSe semiconductor heterostructures by means of molecular beam epitaxy. The spectral range covered includes absorption bands of the most gaseous molecular species. Specific properties of the diodes make them ideal sources for a number of applications related with high resolution absorption spectroscopy techniques as well as for imaging testing of MIR photodetector arrays. TDLs are mounted in an originally designed package (6.4 x 7.9 x 17.0 mm) which is fully compatible with commercially available TDL's spectrometers.

Terms of Delivery and Warranty Program
All the lasers are delivered on the "try before buy" basis. For each requested laser four laser diodes will be send through UPS (DHL, Fed.Ex.) for three months testing to choose one of them for ordering. After accomplishing three months testing customer must either to make official ordering for each requested laser or to send back all four lasers. In the case of ordering we will send to customer official Invoice and one more laser for each ordered. Payment conditions are NET, 30 days. In a month after getting additional laser customer can choose any laser out of five and will have to send back the rest four lasers. Warranty term is one year. In emergency case (except the case of mechanical damage) after getting from customer workless laser we will send to customer in two weeks four lasers: warranty laser and three other samples for the same spectral range. Customer will be free to choose any one laser instead of workless one and to specify new warranty laser. Customer will have to send back in a month the rest three lasers.

Please specify spectral range of 25 cm-1 and operation temperature range. Any additional information could be useful for the appropriate selection. Lasers are accompanied by 78 K PERFORMANCE TEST LIST.
