MC Series of Single-Stage (1MC) and Multi-Stage (2MC-4MC)
Designed for cooling and thermostabilization of microchips, IR instruments and elements of semiconductor quantum electronics. Due to the use of Czochralski grown single crystals of bismuth telluride, MC Series microcoolers provide an increased dTmax and more cooling capacity. TE Coolers are compatible with components of microelectronics by space and power requirements.
MS Series of Single Stage TE Coolers
The MS series of thermoelectric coolers represents a new step in space and current reduction. Due to extremely low height of thermoelectric elements these coolers provide high heat pumping capacity up to 40 W/cm2, as much as 10 times that of standard commercial modules. These modules are ideal for cooling high power density electro-optical components such as semiconductor lasers and light emitting diodes where a high heat density pumping is required.
MT Series of Single Stage TE Coolers
The MT series has been designed for optoelectronic and microelectronic applications : for cooling of microchips, diode lasers, IR detectors and other elements of semiconductor microelectronics.
MT series covers a wide range of size, power and heat capacities.
MH Series of Single Stage TE Coolers
The MH series of high power TE coolers has been designed for high temperature operation at +150 ... +185 oC. Includes modules with maximum cooling capacity from 20 to 137 W.
According to customer demands modules for operation at temperature up to +200 oC are available.
Custom designed TE Modules are available
