Thus, it is clear from the (above and below) discussion that Mr. Rykov deliberately cheat the readers. There can be different reasons/motivations for this behavior- vainglory, some illness, the communistic past, or something else-, but please note that this guy uses the recourses- a pc connected to the Web (don't yet forget the frequently cited affiliation)- of the Russian institution to deceive people and disgrace (yeah, I'm a witness!) Russian scientists. It's AMAZING, but Mr. Rykov is paid for that, not really for anything else as he does/can do nothing else (I'm really, really shocked how he could get a doctor's degree: Bought? Or plagiarism??) I tried to contact the administration of his organization almost a year ago, but it looks like that they are pretty happy with Mr. Rykov's 'achievements' (they simply ignored my letter). Another 'Russian phenomenon?'
Well, I personally think that this is not just 'shame on him' - the society, the scientific community, you, guys, are equally responsible for the 'AVR spam.' Of course, everybody must be given the freedom for self-expression, but it must not be free. Any form of 'communism' is depraving.
All the best,
Sensei
P.S. To Mr. Onischenko: most probably, this case is not so of physics but rather of medicine. Therefore, it's virtually helpless to discuss 'the ideas'. Instead, some administrative (and not virtual!) measures could be very effective. The case of Mr. Kushelev is, in my opinion, not that simple, but is also easily understandable. |
