Dear Colleagues! Let me offer my congratulations on the Day of Knowledge and the beginning of new school year 2010-2011! The First of September energy gives a powerful impulse to development and renewal for all the higher school institutions ­ with new students, teachers and scientists, progressive projects and ideas. Thanks to this energy the tradition of continued renewal in the higher school system of our country has formed, which allows the higher school corporation to stay young and to keep with the times.
