Supernova 2004ex in NGC 182

This page is devoted to information on Supernova 2004ex in NGC 182.   Basic information on this SN, including the last reported brightness, on this Supernova can be found on the main page.  Information on the original web pages for many of these images can be found on the updates and links web pages.

sn04ex_i.jpg Discovered by Tenagra Observatory Supernova Search (which is now not only Mike Schwartz but Odd Trondal as well). It was also found on an image taken by Lick Observatory Supernova Search.   At one time, these two searches were combined.   This one is a type II.   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from the discovery image.   This supernova is in the Constellation Pisces.
