The Pulkovo Catalogue of Reference Stars for Observations of Galactic Radio Sources (Pul GRS)

Pulkovo catalogue of reference stars was created for 78 fields around galactic radio stars (Pul GRS) of northern sky from H.G.Walter's list. Coordinates of 12577 stars were obtained from the photographic plates of Pulkovo Normal Astrograph (NA, 33/346), which were reseived during 1994-1999. The size of stars fields (radius about 20 angular minutes) was determined from having technical resources - modern dimensions of CCD-detector (matrix). Precise of astrometric coordinates of radiostars were intended for optical control of the positions of radio sources (GRS) by means of CCD-observation. The galactic radio stars can be the frames at the definition of the connection between the ground based and the cosmic astrometry reference coordinate systems. The calculation of star coordinates was realized with using of reference stars from catalogue Tycho-2 (ICRF, J2000.0). Errors of a unit of weight were resulted from reduction of coordinates nearly 0,12 - 0,25" (at a number of reference stars were from 12 to 32). Internal precision (accuracy) stars of catalogue was obtained from 0.02 to 0.10 arc seconds at the both coordinates. Distribution of catalogue stars illustrated by histogram with respect to stellar magnitude. Maximum quantity of stars were situated in the interval 13.5 m ­ 15.5 m. There is almost a half of the always catalogue stars (44%). For 911 stars were obtained new dates (near 7 %), which do not identify with the other catalogues (Tycho-2, UCAC3, USNO-B1.0, USNO-A2.0, CMAC).
