High-Precision Timing of Parkes Multibeam Millisecond Pulsars: Velocities and

Evolution
ABSTRACT:
We request observations roughly every 25 days in the LST range 17:45 19:30, over one year, to time three millisecond pulsars discovered in the Parkes Multib eam Pulsar Survey. Our primary goals are to measure prop er motions, which may lead eventually to geometric constraints on the orbital inclinations, and to provide new high-precision time-of-arrival for the global pulsar timing array pro ject. We request an additional set of 15 observations, LST 18:15 19:30, spaced 4 days apart, to attempt to detect the Shapiro delay in one of the systems. We plan to observe with the WAPPs and the coherent-dedisp ersion ASP instrument.
