Radio observing experience for UW-Madison undergraduate students

I would like to ask for 2 observing sessions, 1-hour long, for an introductory observing session for several astronomy and physics seniors at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. During the fall semester I will be teaching "Experiences in Astronomical Observing" for 3rd year undergraduate students. We plan to conduct HI spectral-line observations of several galaxies using the L-wide receiver. These remote observations (in the standard ON-OFF spectral line mode) will provide students with hands-on experience with the largest radio telescope. Data will be reduced in Madison, and we plan to write an article for the Wisconsin Undergraduate Journal of Science.
