Studies of Scattered Pulsars on the Longest Baselines

We propose observations of strong pulsars on the longest VLBI baselines yet attained, up to 300,000 km. Our goals are to determine the distance and anisotropy of the material responsible for scattering of nearby pulsars, and to seek substructure in scattering disks of a few more distant pulsars.
