Radioastron-Arecibo Observations of Pulsars

We propose observations of pulsars on the longest baselines yet attained, up to 300 000 km. The goals of the proposed observations are to determine the location and properties of the material that scatters nearby pulsars, and to determine, or set observational limits on, sizes of pulsar emission regions.
