Introduce UTB students to pulsar observing at Arecibo

In first instance, a short introductory session for students, to be observed by them remotely. This is to be followed by a visit to the Observatory to confirm three pulsars they have founs in pALFA data. There may be subsequent, pALFA related followup observing.
