Urgent proposal to observe 2015 GA1

Asteroid 2015 GA1 is observable on April 18 or 19. This ob ject is 20-30 seconds round-trip light time away, and estimated to be 45m in diameter. This is an opportunity to sample a size rarely sampled to study the smaller size range of the NEA population. We request at least an hour plus transmitter warmup time (45min) on either date to get astrometry for orbit determination, and imaging if possible to determine size, shape and spin rate.
