HI velocity differs from the OH and CO

we recently found a source, IRAS 04332+0209 (aka UGC 3097), which is highly unusual: the HI velocity differs from the OH and CO velocities by about 300 km/s (see attached figure). This is HIGHLY UNUSUALin fact, it is a UNIQUE CASE. For all other galaxies ever observed, by anyone, not just us, the HI and molecular velocities are always essentially identical. As it happens this ob ject has other peculiarities, so it in fact may be unique. We need to check this result. The HI velocity comes from Jodrell Bank data in old reference (Roth, Mould, and Davies 1991, AJ 102, 1303) and we suspect that the old result is wrong. Checking this result would require an hour or so of time with Arecibo in the LST range 3h47m to 5h18m.
