Attached is the agenda for the Visiting Committee meeting on April
15/16. Thursday afternoon is reserved for presentations by staff - let me
know if there are any problems with these presentations. The committee is
scheduled to talk with the scientific staff and some department heads on
Friday morning. Exactly how these interviews will take place will be
decided on the first day.

You are all invited with your spouses to the dinner by the pool on the
Thursday evening.
