Scatter plot in order the data was taken. Tieback targets are first, then the SE quadrent in four sections from N/S centerline to the East edge, lastly the NE quadrent in four sections in the same order. There are 8 out of 19621 points offscale. The largest is 3.6 mm. The scalloping corresponds to the main cable spacing. There is no scalloping on the tieback targets since they all lie on main cables. The tieback targets cover the entire reflector. The sigma values are calculated by the VStars data reduction software.
