     Satellites with a known cross section (usually spherical) can be used to calibrate ground based radars. At AO we have: sband, 430, and 46.8 Mhz radars.

    I've added the radar.tle file to the daily tle updates here at AO (/share/megs/phil/predict/tle/updatetle.sc). The idl routines to compute satellite orbits  can now compute locations for these satellites. The steps for doing this are:
