LonWorksБ Gateway

Description
The PowerCommand LONW ORKS Gateway provides local or remote access from a network installation to a personal computer. The LONW ORKS Gateway allows software applications to use the EIA-232 port of a personal computer (PC) to gain access to the network. W hen used in conjunction with a HayesБ compatible modem, the LONW ORKS Gateway allows remote access to the network through existing phone lines. The LONW ORKS Gateway provides all necessary modem support for automatic dialout of fault conditions and remote access to the network. Network security is also provided via a programmable user-defined password.
