feb13: plasma line using clp program.

• 2 5 Mhz bands were used. On various days these bands were assigned to:
• +5.5 Mhz offsets with 1 band on dome, 1 band on ch
• -5.5 Mhz offsets with 1 band on dome , i band on ch
• +5.5,+9.5 Mhz offsets on dome
• -5.5,+5.5  offsets with both bands on the dome
• The telescope had the dome and ch at za=15. The az was moved between 348 and 348+180 degrees.

• The decoding resulted in 3960 heights and  4096 channels across each 5Mhz band (for more info see clp1shs program)
• Images were made using 10 second blocks of data:
• The top 100 heights were used for a bandpass correction
• a median filter (of length 71 channels) was used to remove the baseline for each height.
• this will start to impact the plasma line when the height vs freq slope becomes horizontal (more info)
  
• The images have been smoothed,decimated in freq by 4x and 5x in range.

• motion:az sits for 7 minutes at 348,  az moves for 8 minutes to az=528, az sits for 7 minutes at az=528. Data taken during the entire time.
• turned cal on/off (192K) at start of sit positions (once an hour?)

• freq: bands centered  -5.5,+5.5 Mhz. Both on dome.
  
• motion:az sits for 7 minutes at 348,  az moves for 8 minutes to az=528, az sits for 7 minutes at az=528. Data taken during the entire time.
• around 20:00 switched to take data with just noise from sky. No transmitter.Occasionally moved load to antenna
• 07feb13: (need to get log book to verify when freqencies switched)
  
• freq: bands centered  -5.5,-5.5 Mhz. (ch and dome). Then started switching  to [+5.5,+5.5] and back to[-5.5,-5.5] (ch and dome).
  
• around 20:00 switched to take data with phase code turned off (just constant 440 usec pulse)
• 06feb13:
• freq: bands
• start till: 17:47  centered  +5.5,+9.5 Mhz. dome
• 17:47 -> end switched to -5.5,+5.5 dome
