The telescope parts used for focus and pointing:

reflectors, horns, rotary floor, tilt sensors, distomats, tiedowns, temperature sensor, azimuth, zenith angle motion.

Focusing the telescope:

Align the panels of each reflector to give the correct curvature.
Align each of the reflectors to point along the optic axis.
Correct for platform tilt and deflections by shimming the rails.

Pointing the telescope:

The pointing model
Input data to the model
The model fit residuals.

Calibration:

Focus curves to check focus.
heiles calibration scans to measure gain, Tsys, hpbw, coma, sidelobes.
