Inner Galaxy obs actually start shortly before midnight AST on 20060715.
Ingrid observing remotely.

First ~20 minutes lost as the telescope refused to move and I eventually
had to restart cima.

Another few minutes then lost to wapp overflows; restart needed.

More overflows happened after a pause to set levels. Restarted again,
relevel, sanity check and now it seems to be OK. The wapps seem to be
*much* fussier about sanity checks when doing alfa obs than when doing
normal L-wide obs.

J1856+02 as test pulsar showed up nicely.

Very strong scattering-tail-type signal in many beams/pointings.
Period: 2003.24966658 and many related frequencies. Probably radar.

Redetected B1859+03 in G37.41-00.46.C_53932_0028.15 though far enough from
beam centre not to get advertized as a possibility.
