Revision of Manual content per initial outline of 15th october.

The Hardware Description section.
Should contain some description of the Cals: types and temps for each receiver  Paulo and Steve
The Observation Control section.
Omit section on "Radar control" for Observers interface, and ask somone to remove it from the GUI. Erik
The CIMA and Catalogue mode must contain separate sections for WAPP and CIMA. Erik, Paulo
A number of short recipies must be included, probably no more than 2 typical observations. Barbara and Erik, Emmanuel, Tapasi
These are probably best written afterward, although it might be useful to see what can be done sooner.

The Data + Telescope Monitoring section.
Should include 'cormon_all' and 'monpos' tasks. Steve T.

The Other useful tools and FAQs section.
The 'Archiving' Section can be removed (and put into the NEW section: 'Computing Resources') Mayra and Barbara
