For those not staying on site, rooms have been block-booked in two nearby hotels. Transportation will be provided from these hotels in the morning and back in the evening. Staff at both hotels speak English, please mention that it is for the conference at Arecibo Observatory when booking.
The deadline for booking hotel rooms is the 3rd of January, 2008. After this date, the block-booking rates will not be available
