Graduate Research Opportunities 2016
Graduate Research Opportunities for October 2016 entry
There are wide-ranging opportunities for postgraduate research in the Astrophysics Group.
Information on the current research programmes being carried out in the group can be found at the Astrophysics Group Research Interests pages.
If you are interested in applying for projects in the Astrophysics Group it is important that you make yourself fully aware of the procedures we follow.
Applicants who wish to apply for research studentships in the Detector Physics Group should follow the same procedures as described below. Descriptions of the projects available in this area can be found by contacting Professor Withington directly.
As well as applying directly to us you must also make an application through the Board of Graduate Studies (BOGS). Details as to how to do this are given on our 2016 Admissions Procedure page. Please note that the BOGS course code for a PhD with us at the Cavendish is PCPH22. This should not be confused with the code associated with a PhD at the Institute of Astronomy.
If you need further advice or information, the Astrophysics Group graduate admissions team can be contacted at admissions@mrao.cam.ac.uk.
