Download and install the Xarray_Installer_web.exe file which was made on
a Windows 10 machine (64 bit) and MATLAB version 8.5.0.197613 (R2015a)
The MCR libraries, if not automatically downloaded, can be found here:
http://uk.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/
(the MCR libraries are required to run the Xarray application)

Please note since Xarray needs to write and read from disk, it should be "run
as Administrator" on your windows machine.
