Welcome to my home page. I am an astronomer working in the astrophysics group of the University of Cambridge. I am interested in galaxy evolution, star formation, and interstellar gas at both high and low redshift.б
Before starting in Cambridge, I spent a year as a postdoc at Steward Observatory in Tucson, Arizona, working with Dr. Dan Marrone. I recieved my PhD in 2011 from the University of Cambridge's Institute of Astronomy, working with Prof. Rob Kennicutt and Dr. Scott Chapman on my thesis, 'Galaxy Evolution, Near and Far'. Prior to this, I was an undergraduate at the University of Southampton, and the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.б
