UVFLP
Task: This task flips the order of channels in UV dataset.
(From GMRT LSB datasets, to flip to having channels
ordered with increasing frequency, so that they can
be combined with the corresponding USB dataset, using
DBCON.) Does not copy any FG tables (since channel
numbers change).

Adverbs:
INNAME.....Input UV file name (name). Standard defaults.
INCLASS....Input UV file name (class). Standard defaults.
INSEQ......Input UV file name (seq. #). 0 => highest.
INDISK.....Disk drive # of input UV file. 0 => any.
IN2NAME....Aux. file name. Can be used for any purpose.
IN2CLASS...Aux. file class
IN2SEQ.....Aux. file sequence number.
IN2DISK....Aux. file sequence number.
OUTNAME....Output UV file name (name). Standard defaults.
OUTCLASS...Output UV file name (class). Standard defaults.
OUTSEQ.....Output UV file name (seq. #). 0 => highest unique
OUTDISK....Disk drive # of output UV file. 0 => highest with
space for the file.
DOINVERS...User specified switch, to 1 => change,
change sign of channel width 0 => no change.
