Fits up to fifth order
The results below show that when fitting for all Zernikes up to and including fifth order, the output maps vary greatly between pixels.

Fits at Z=5 but starting from result of fit for pixel 5-3
The table below shows fits for up to fifth order Zernikes, but instead of usual fitting procedure, here the initial condition is always the fit result from the pixel in column 5, row 3. This is intended as a check of fit stability to changes in the initial point at which the minimiser starts.
