To Solve Dark Matter Problem Without Dark Matter

In this paper, we point out the main character of dark matter:
invisible and dissipationless (or fully transparent) to be the same
as the one of the gravitational eld. There are several alternative
gravitational theories to revise general relativity and Newtonian
law to explain the rotation curve of the spiral galaxies without
dark matter. But none of them are satisfactory, because almost all
of alternative gravitational theories have the problem concerning
their solution to an interior one. Here we suggest a new alterna-
tive gravitational theory. The eld equation is not symmetry. In
the scale of the Solar system, the new revising gravitational theory
agree with the four classical tests of general relativity. The the-
ory can both match the boundary conditions of interior solution
and t the at rotation curves of the spiral galaxies. Our theory
has a nonstatic solution to explain the at rotation curves. It is
di erent from another alternative theories in which they have a
static solution to explain the at rotation curves. The detail cos-
mological meaning of our theory will be discussed further more.
