Vortex instability causes dark matter paradox
V. A. Dubrovskiy

It is assumed, the movement of the interstellar or intergalactic
medium is described by hydrodynamic equations. The deforma-
tional ow (d ik (@v i =@xk + @vk=@x i )=2 6= 0) of such hydrody-
namical medium is unstable everywhere concerning to the vortex
disturbances, if external force is represented by gradient of the
potential and medium is incompressible and ideal (theorem from
[1]). These conditions are ful lled for slow ow (relative sound ve-
locity) of bigscale cosmic structures. It means that such structure
will develops into vortex that takes energy from the ow defor-
mation d ik and last one appears due to gravitational in uence
of the nearest cosmic objects. Such mechanism is the e ective
realization of the gravity energy transmission into kinetic energy
of the vortex (galaxy or galactic system). The round velocity of
the galactic border bodies is determined mainly by the vortex in-
stability rate and attraction it does not means existence of mass
in the middle of vortex (like in tornado). Consequently value of
discrepancy between visible and "gravity" masses, for galaxy or
galactic system that known as dark matter paradox means sim-
ply the instability rate. The virial theorem does not take place
at that of course. So, the dark matter paradox is artifact of the
stationary orbital motion assumption.
