RSAA operates a network of computers at Mount Stromlo Observatory (MSO) and also at Siding Spring Observatory (SSO). We support a variety of hardware and software as well as producing software for astronomers to use at our telescopes.

Staff, students, visitors, and observers at RSAA are provided with a user account on the local RSAA network that is used to access computing systems at MSO and SSO. If you need a local account, please fill out the application form (PDF) and return it to the RSAA computer section, in person, or by email or fax.
