Maksutov Newtonian family is best suited for observing and photographing of galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and other extended objects. It allows seeing very bright images and it does not need correction or adjustment for shifting object from the built-in finder (US Pat.# 6,172,806 B1) to primary optical system. These telescopes are available in two configurations: OTA (Optical Tube Assembly) and G (German Equatorial Mount).
