Microscopes are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life
of the instrument. Normal wear, or damage resulting from abuse, accident, alteration,
misuse, service by an unauthorized party or shipping damage, are excluded from this
warranty and are not covered. LOMO America, Inc. will repair or replace the defective
microscope covered by this warranty free of charge if it is returned, postage prepaid, to
LOMO America's Service Center in Prospect Heights, Illinois in its original package. A
Return Authorization Number (RAN) has to be obtained from LOMO America, Inc. prior to
shipping. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights
that vary from state to state and country to country. |
