The base is composed of the following facilities:
- Admin & Hotel Complex including hotels, dining facilities and office premises;
- Assembly, Integration and Test Building (AITB) incorporating clean room facilities and fueling station;
- Block house on the launch pad for payload pre-launch health status control (hosts customer’s personnel and equipment);
- Necessary utilities supporting the launch base operations.

Orsk international airport (Orenburg Region) is capable of receiving any type of heavy aircraft. From the airport, the Customer's satellite and equipment are transported to Yasny launch base.
Yasny launch base AITB is divided into four main areas: Clean room 1 (CR1), Clean room 2 (CR2), Fueling Station and Offloading & Storage Area.
CR1 and 2 offer cleanliness class of 100,000 and 30,000 respectively. Fueling Station cleanliness class is 30,000. The Offloading & Storage Area is designed for handling of the satellite and GSE containers, SHM loading into transporter-emplacer, pre-cleaning of the containers and storage of empty containers.

AITB is equipped with Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) as well as such utilities as heating, ventilation, water supply, sewage, fire and security alarm and various communications.
Customer’s offices have necessary furniture and office supplies and feature local and international telephone/facsimile communications, Internet access, air-conditioning, ventilation and fire alarm.
Admin & Hotel Complex is connected with AITB by a ground gallery that makes access to the work areas easy and comfortable.
Yasny launch base hotel rooms are equipped with modern systems such as fire alarm, telephone communications, air-conditioning and ventilation.
