Latest SS-18 Launch Mission under Dnepr Program
On June 28, 2007, a converted SS-18 rocket commercially known as Dnepr successfully launched Genesis-2 satellite into its target 550 km orbit inclined 64.5 degrees. The launch was performed in accordance with a special authorization of the Russian Government.

9th Launch of SS-18 Rocket - TerraSAR-X Mission
Today, on June 15, 2007 at 06:14 a.m. Moscow time (02:14 UTC) the German EADS ASTRIUM GmbH TerraSAR-X satellite was successfully launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome into a 514.8 km sun-synchronous orbit aboard a converted SS-18 ICBM commercially known as "Dnepr".

Dnepr successfully returns to flight
On April 17, 2007 at 10 hours 46 minuets Moscow time (06 hours 46 minutes UTC), a converted RS-20 (SS-18) ICBM (commercially known as Dnepr) was launched from Baikonur Cosmodrome. Shortly thereafter the rocket successfully deployed 14 satellites into a 640 km Sun-synchronous orbit.

RS-20 (Dnepr) Cluster Launch Mission Preparation
The original launch date for the RS-20 (converted SS-18 ICBM, commercially known as Dnepr) cluster launch mission was scheduled for March 27, 2007. The rocket was to lift off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome with the following payloads on-board: EgyptSat-1 (Ukraine/Egypt), SaudiSat-3, SaudiComsat-3, SaudiComsat-4, SaudiComsat-5, SaudiComsat-6 and SaudiComsat-7 (Saudi Arabia) and P-Pod deployers carrying 7 CubSat nanosatellites.
