ISC 'Kosmotras' Director General held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Russian Federation.
Mr. Vladimir Andreev, Director General of ISC “Kosmotras”, held a meeting with His Excellency Mr. Omar Saif Ghobash, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Russian Federation on April 16, 2009.

The Government of the Russian Federation signed a Decree on performance of a RS-20 launch with multiple satellites from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
On April 6, 2009, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation signed a Decree on performance in accordance with the established order of a launch of RS-20 rocket carrying DubaiSat-1 (United Arab Emirates), Deimos-1 (Spain), UK DMC-2 (Great Britain), NanoSat-1B (Spain), AprizeSat-3 and AprizeSat-4 (USA) satellites from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.

Two SS-18 rockets are prepared for the launches under the Dnepr program in 2009

Kazakhstan delegation visits Yasny launch base
On February 15-16, 2009, a work meeting was held at the Yasny launch base between representatives of ISC Kosmotras and JSC “National Company “Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary”. Mr. Talgat A. Musabaev, Chairman of the National Space Agency of Kazakhstan, also participated in the meeting.

Approval of Dnepr LV Launches from Baikonur in 2009
