The annual ISC Kosmotras shareholder meeting

On July 17, 2007, the annual ISC Kosmotras shareholder meeting was held in ISC Kosmotras Moscow office that reviewed the results of the company’s operations in 2006 and also approved the annual report, statement of assets and liabilities, income statement and the Act of ISC Kosmotras Audit Commission.

The shareholders have also elected the members of the Audit Commission and the Board of Directors of ISC Kosmotras. The following individuals were elected as members of the ISC Kosmotras Board of Directors (in 50/50 proportion representing the Russian and Ukrainian sides):
