Changes in ISC Kosmotras top management

According to the decision of ISC Kosmotras Board of Directors, Dr. Vladimir A. Andreev, Director General of ISC Kosmotras, has been appointed to a newly established position of ISC Kosmotras President. In this capacity he will participate in definition of ISC Kosmotras policy and strategy planning, render all possible support in enhancing efficiency of its operations  and interact with governmental bodies of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries in order to promote ISC Kosmotras activities.
