On June 10, 2009, ISC Kosmotras hosted a top management meeting between Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary company and ISC Kosmotras. The meeting was also attended by members of ISC Kosmotras Board of Directors and shareholders representatives.
The parties discussed and agreed upon the principles of cooperation between Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary and ISC Kosmotras and admittance of the Kazakh company to ISC Kosmotras shareholding structure. The relevant Agreement and Minutes of the Meeting were signed.
