The Government of the Russian Federation signed a Decree on performance of a RS-20 launch with multiple satellites from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.

On April 6, 2009, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation signed a Decree on performance in accordance with the established order of a launch of RS-20 rocket carrying DubaiSat-1 (United Arab Emirates), Deimos-1 (Spain), UK DMC-2 (Great Britain), NanoSat-1B (Spain), AprizeSat-3 and AprizeSat-4 (USA) satellites from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
ISC Kosmotras informs that the launch campaign at the Baikonur Cosmodrome is scheduled to begin this June. More detailed information will be regularly published closer to the launch date.
