LEVEL TO ZERRO ACTIVITY. ESTIMATED, RATING, WEEKLY AVERAGE OF SUN-
SPOT NUMBER IN THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM FOR THE PERIOD WAS MADE
W=023+25/-23. ON THE VISIBLE DISK OF THE SUN CONSTANTLY WAS PRESENT
FROM 3 TO 2 SUNSPOT GROUPS AND TO 14 AUGUST THERE ARE NO SUNSPOT GROUPS.

NEXT WEEK THE LEVEL OF SUNSPOT ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO BE THE LOW
AND VERY LOW. THE CALCULATED MOST LIKELY WEEKLY AVERAGE VALUE OF SUNSPOT
NUMBER IN THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM FOR THE NEXT PERIOD W=025+10/-10.

FLARE ACTIVITY WAS AT HIGH LEVEL ON AUGUST, 9 WHEN IN SUNSPOT GROUP
AR11263 (N18L302, Sp=720 m.v.h) WERE OCCURENCED MOSTLY POWER FLARES
IN THE CURRENT SOLAR CYCLE: X-RAY CLASS X6.9, AT THE AVERAGE LEVEL -
ON AUGUST, 8, OTHER DAYS - ON A LOW LEVEL. SOHO CORONOGRAPH HAVE
REGISTRED 53 CME FROM WHICH 4 WERE TYPE PARTIAL HALO II AND ONE HALO
TYPEII FROM THE LARGE FLARE ON AUGUST, 9th.
