1) Global map of radionoises in 0.1-15 MHz frequency band was ploted using the measurements on
board low orbital Coronas-I satellite. Maxima of spectral density radioemisssions was observed
above Europe and part of Asia.
2) The wideband plasma noises accompanied by ion fluxes with anisotropic velocity distribution.
was observed at geomagnetic disturbed period using data of simultaneous wave and particle
measurements on board APEX satellite. It is shown that observed wideband noises are accompanied
by ion conics. Experimental data are in accordance with theoretical investigations about
plasma emission widening by anisotropic energetic ion fluxes.
