Registration for the 13th European VLBI Network Symposium and Users Meeting includes admission to all scientific sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting, conference dinner, trip to the Svetloe observatory with lunch buffet on the day of the trip or Boat tour along the Neva River and conference materials. The conference dinner has a limit on the number of participants. Priority will be given to the participants who have registered earlier.

The early registration fee is ?360 until 30th June 2016, after which time the registration fee will rise to ?460. Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer. On-site registration at late registration fees will be possible during the Symposium week. Once your payment has been processed, you will be informed by email with your receipt attached and your name will be added to the registration list.

Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the standard registration rates will be applied. Registration fees are non-transferable. Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by IAA RAS before 30 June 2016. The cancellation fee is ?50. Cancellations after 30 June 2016 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If you pay by bank transfer Please specify EVN Symposium 2016 and your full name in the description of the payment. Please note that the registration fee does not include Bank charges. For this reason all bank expenses are to be added to the fee.

A limited amount of funds will be made available foršfinancial support to participants who make a request in their registration form. This support will consist in a partial or a total waving of the registration fee. Priority will be given to PhD students and postdocs. If you wish to apply for financial support, please specify it in the registration form with the motivated request before 30th June 2016. The request should contain your current status (PhD student or postdoc) and the name of your supervisor, a brief description of your research topic and what sort of presentation you are willing to give to this Symposium.
