Научная Биография

Виталий Владимирович КВЕДЕР родился в г.Оренбург 3 октября 1949г.
1966-1972 - обучался на факультете Общей и прикладной физики Московского физико-технического института.
С 1972 г. по настоящее время работает научным сотрудником Института физики твердого тела Российской академии наук.
В 1977 г. получил степень 'кандидат физ.-мат. наук'
В 1987 г. получил степень 'доктор физ.-мат наук'
В 1989 г. стал заведующим Лаборатории спектроскопии дефектных структур Института физики твердого тела РАН
В 1997 г. получил звание 'профессор' по специальности 'физика твердого тела'
С 1992 г. по 2002 г. был заместителем директора по научной работе Института физики твердого тела РАН
С 2002 г. по настоящее время - Директор Института физики твердого тела РАН
В 2006 г. был избран членом-корреспондентом Российской академии наук

- Физика дефектов в полупроводниках: электронные, магнитные и оптические свойства, взаимодействие протяженных дефектов с примесями; Экспериментальные методы: электронный спиновый резонанс, емкостная спектроскопия, DLTS, оптическая спектроскопия (люминисценция, оптическое поглощение, фотопроводимость), спин-зависимая рекомбинация, электро-дипольный спиновый резонанс ('эффект Рашбы'), спин-зависимые реакции дефектов, СВЧ-измерения
- Самоорганизация дефектов и нелинейная диффузия
- Электронные, оптические и магнитные свойства фуллеренов, углеродных нано-трубок и соединений на основе фуллеренов.
