Scientific Biography

Stepanova Ekaterina was born in the town Borovichi in Novgorod region, in 1993.
She was studing at school ?2, in Borovichi from 2000 to 2011 year.
She is a student of the National University of Science and Technology "MIS&S" : The Institute of new materials and nanotechnologies, " Material science of semiconductors and dielectrics" chair, from 2011 till now.
Ekaterina presented a bachelor degree work on the theme: " An exploration of mechanical properties of ZrO2-crystals stabilized by Y2O3, with rare earth oxides precipitates"in 2015.
She has been working an engineer in LSDS from October, 2015.
