**Schmidt scholarship for young scientists**

The Schmidt Scholarship Fund was established to award scholarships to support young scientists working in area of superconductivity.The scholarship fund was established as the unsolicited gift of the professors of Physical Institute III, University of Erlangen-Nuernberg Dr. Paul Mueller and Dr. Alexey Ustinov.
The total amount is 3.000 DM per year.
