The final minutes (protocols written in Latin or Cyrillic in form of tables) of the Olympiad (evaluating of solutions of the students participated in the last stage of the Olympiad) should be included as well.
The report has to be presented at least 5 weeks before the application to participate in IAO.
See below a reference to an example of the report. Please, send the report as separarte enclosed file (not in body of e-letter).

Since what year the National Olympiad is held, number of the Olympiad of the
current year.
Web-site of the National Astronomy Olympiad.
2. Number of age (Form) groups taking part in the Olympiad, short explanation.
3. Number of stages of the National Astronomy Olympiad of the current year,
approximate dates and periods of every stage,
number of participants of every stage (in every group) of the Olympiad (estimations
of the numbers of the first stages are possible),
characteristics of the stages, are they open for everybody or only for those who was
selected by previous stages, are they open/closed for participants from other regions/countries.
The data of these points should be presented in a table form (see the example).
4. Place (province, town, observatory) and dates of the last (final) stage
of the Olympiad.
List of languages on which the problems were done for participants, list
of languages on which contestants were permitted to answer.
Web-site of the last stage of the National Astronomy Olympiad current year.
5. Place (province, town, observatory) and dates of the selecting or
preparing camps (if any) for the team to the International Astronomy Olympiad.
Working language(s) of the camp, list of languages on which the problems were
done for participants, list of languages on which contestants were permitted to answer.
6. List of the problems used during all-national stages of the National Olympiad (i.e. stage mentioned in the #4 and previous all-national ones). Problems will have short answers or solutions. The problems may have only answers if the answers contain both algebraic or logic formulae and numerical result. Otherwise the problems should have the solutions (for example, solutions in a way without resulting to final formulae, i.e. solving numerically or geometrically).
7. List of the problems used during the possible selecting or preparing camps (if any, i.e. ones mentioned in the #5). Problems will have short answers or solutions. The problems may have only answers if the answers contain both algebraic or logic formulae and numerical result. Otherwise the problems should have the solutions (for example, solutions in a way without resulting to final formulae, i.e. solving numerically or geometrically).
8. The final minutes (tables: protocols written in Latin or Cyrillic) of the last (final) stage of the Olympiad (evaluating of solutions of the students participated in the event mentioned in the #4).
9. The final minutes (tables: protocols written in Latin or Cyrillic) of the possible selecting or preparing camps (evaluating of solutions of the students participated in the event mentioned in the #5).
10. Information about ANRAO.
Web-site of ANRAO.
Web-pages of ANRAO-site that contain information for participants of the Olympiad.
Note for pp. 6-7. The set of problems should be presented in format of Word or other text type, i.e. any part of the text may be placed into computer translator for rough translation to other languages.
Note for pp. 8-9. The year of birth is obligatory for every student and the full date of birth (including month and day) is obligatory for every candidate (i.e. every participant of selecting or preparing camps) for IAO or APAO. But it is highly desirable full date of birth (not only year of birth) for every student.
Note for pp. 8-9. There should be separate marks for every problem or question at the tables, the only sum marks for sets of problems or questions are not enough.
Note for pp. 8-9. The data mentioned in the both previous notes (the birth information and separate marks for every problem) should be in the same table.
Note for p. 10. The official web-site of the organization which is being ANRAO, should contain the information that the organization has taken up the duties of ANRAO. In case of absence of an official web-site of the organization, this information should be displayed on official site of higher organization. The web-site or web-page should contain also the full information on how formation of the team of the country the International Astronomy Olympiad is made, and the information for any student of the country (potentially having rights to participate in IAO) how and in what stages should he or she participate to be in selection process for the country's team to IAO.
An example of the report (please, use version-2012 for
